Software for ophthalmology: the clinic that sees glaucoma coming.
Medical records adapted to ophthalmology, with an AI that tracks each patient’s IOP and analyzes their visual fields to anticipate glaucoma progression — as well as booking, moving and confirming appointments on its own.
We build it for you free. If you like it, you pay for it.
Built by a medical team from the ophthalmology and oculoplastics field. Not a promise: it’s how we work.
An AI that watches every patient’s IOP and glaucoma
In ophthalmology, the key isn’t just filling the schedule: it’s not losing sight of the patient who’s getting worse. ClinicPilot’s AI reads the data for every eye and warns you before it’s too late.
AI-powered IOP tracking
Every intraocular pressure reading builds the patient’s IOP curve, eye by eye. The AI watches the trend and warns you when a pressure spikes or drifts off target, without you reviewing histories by hand.
Visual fields that predict glaucoma
The AI analyzes each patient’s series of visual fields, estimates the rate of progression and flags which eyes are worsening faster than expected. You get ahead of advancing glaucoma and prioritize those patients — always under your clinical judgment.
Macular atrophy on autofluorescence
In dry AMD, the AI measures the geographic atrophy area on autofluorescence and tracks its growth image by image. You see how much each eye is progressing and at what rate, without manual planimetry.
Wet AMD caught early on OCT
The AI analyzes macular OCT eye by eye and flags intraretinal or subretinal fluid as soon as it appears: early detection of wet AMD and monitoring for recurrence between intravitreal injections, so you can treat before vision drops. A decision aid, always under your clinical judgment.
Predicting progression in degenerative disease
With the full history of every eye, the AI estimates how the degenerative eye disease —retina, glaucoma, cataract— is going to evolve, and flags who should have their review brought forward and who can wait longer. You stop reviewing everyone at the same pace.
Topographies that anticipate keratoconus
The AI compares each eye’s series of corneal topographies, tracks maximum keratometry and thinning, and estimates whether the keratoconus is progressing. You identify the patient who’s advancing —the crosslinking candidate— before losing cornea.
Visual acuity and refraction, on their curve
Every visit adds visual acuity and refraction to the eye’s curve. The AI tracks the trend and warns you if vision drops, so no worsening goes unnoticed.
Medical records built for the eye
Acuity, refraction, IOP, biomicroscopy and fundus exam all in their place, with OCT, visual fields and retinal photos on each eye’s timeline. It’s not a generic record: it’s built for ophthalmology.
Schedule and operating room, coordinated
Clinic visits, imaging tests and the operating room (cataracts, intravitreal injections, glaucoma) fitted together with no overlaps. A cancellation? The AI fills the slot from the waitlist and compacts the day.
Every subspecialty, with its own tests and circuits
No generic templates: we load your procedures and tests with their durations, their rooms and their full circuits — visit → tests (OCT, visual field, biometry) → decision → surgery or follow-up. Glaucoma, retina, cornea or oculoplastics: every doctor sets it up their own way.
- Tests on the eye’s record: OCT, visual fields, retinal photos and biometry, linked to OD/OS and their date.
- Surgical scheduling (cataracts, vitrectomy, glaucoma) with operating room reports and pre-/post-op circuits.
- Consent per procedure, generated straight from the appointment and signed from the phone or a tablet.
- And if you add a subspecialty tomorrow, it comes in with its tests, its timings and its consent form. No waiting on anyone.
Your subspecialties
Each one with its own tests, timings and room. They’re all configured the same way: same modules, your concepts, your way of working.
See glaucoma coming before the patient notices
Glaucoma advances silently. ClinicPilot brings together the IOP and visual fields for every eye and lets the AI do the heavy lifting: spotting who’s progressing and warning you in time.
IOP curve watched by AI
Every pressure reading is added to the eye’s curve. The AI compares it against the treatment target and the history, and flags spikes and decompensation before they slip past you.
Visual fields that predict progression
The AI analyzes the series of visual field tests, estimates the rate of loss and flags the eyes worsening faster than expected. A decision aid for prioritizing the glaucoma that’s genuinely advancing.
OCT, parameters and lenses, with AI
It keeps OCT images (and visual field, retinal photos, autofluorescence, biometry) on each eye’s timeline, and the AI keeps track of every parameter —acuity, refraction, IOP, pachymetry, field indices— and of the implanted intraocular lenses (model and power per eye). All HIPAA-ready, with role-based access and locked inside your installation.
How much an ophthalmology clinic saves with ClinicPilot
30% isn’t a slogan, and it’s just the floor: it’s administrative work the AI does on its own — above all, booking every check-up and test on schedule and coordinating clinic and OR. Adjust your two numbers and compare what you save with what ClinicPilot costs.
Cost to the clinic = salary + payroll taxes and benefits. The calculation uses 30%, the minimum workload ClinicPilot automates, and reaches 50% in practices with heavy front-desk volume and many glaucoma and retina follow-ups; this is what disappears:
Every eye’s tests, on a server of your own
Every practice has its own installation on its own dedicated server — in the United States for U.S. practices, HIPAA-ready and with a signed Business Associate Agreement: your patients’ OCT scans, visual fields, fundus photos and IOP curves are never mixed with anyone else’s. And they come out whenever you want, raw or classified eye by eye.
One server just for your practice
Your installation lives on a dedicated server of its own — in the United States for U.S. practices, HIPAA-ready and with a signed Business Associate Agreement. You don’t share a platform with thousands of clinics: if a global provider’s system goes down, they all go down at once; yours is independent, with its own backups, and your clinic, testing and OR schedule doesn’t stop because someone else’s cloud fails.
Your tests come out raw
You can take the records and every eye’s tests —OCT, visual fields, fundus photos, biometry— exactly as they are, in open files you can read anywhere. Nothing stays trapped in a format only your provider understands.
Classify every eye and study progression
Or export them already classified: IOP, visual field indices, acuity, refraction, pachymetry and implanted lens, eye by eye, each on its own — ready to build your series or prepare a study, with de-identified export when required (HIPAA for U.S. practices, GDPR in the EU).

The fee includes direct support, updates, the AI and dedicated hosting. Nothing is charged per schedule or per module — that’s the generic-SaaS game, not ours.
* The agent in the custom-project plan reasons with Claude, GPT and Gemini, which are external services: for it to work, the data for the task you assign it leaves your clinic’s server. That API is contracted in your clinic’s own name, so you decide what gets sent to it and who is accountable for it — not an intermediary. The medical record stays on your own dedicated server — in the United States for U.S. clinics: the agent is only given the minimum data needed for each task, under a data-processing agreement and the international-transfer safeguards the GDPR requires for health data. The in-house AI agent in the $580 and $980 plans uses none of this: it runs inside your own installation and doesn’t take any data out of the server.
What ophthalmology clinics ask us
Does it track IOP with AI?
Yes. Every intraocular pressure reading is logged on the record, and ClinicPilot builds the patient’s IOP curve eye by eye. The AI watches the trend and warns you when a pressure spikes or drifts off the treatment target, without you having to review histories by hand.
Does it analyze visual fields to predict glaucoma progression?
Yes. The AI analyzes each patient’s series of visual fields and estimates the rate of progression, flagging which eyes are worsening faster than expected. It’s a decision aid that lets you get ahead of advancing glaucoma and prioritize those patients, always under your clinical judgment.
Does it detect wet AMD early by analyzing the OCT?
Yes. The AI analyzes macular OCT eye by eye and flags intraretinal or subretinal fluid as soon as it appears, both for early detection of wet AMD and for monitoring recurrence between intravitreal injections. It flags the eye that needs treating before vision drops: it’s a decision aid, always under your clinical judgment.
Does it predict the progression of degenerative eye diseases?
Yes. With the complete history of every eye, the AI estimates how the degenerative eye disease —retina, glaucoma, cataract— is going to evolve, and flags which patients should have their review brought forward and which ones can wait longer, instead of scheduling everyone at the same pace. It’s a decision aid, not a substitute for your clinical judgment.
Does it analyze topographies to predict keratoconus progression?
Yes. The AI compares each eye’s series of corneal topographies, tracks maximum keratometry and thinning, and estimates whether the keratoconus is progressing, so you can identify the crosslinking candidate before losing cornea.
Does it track visual acuity and macular atrophy, and log intraocular lenses?
Yes. The AI adds visual acuity and refraction to each eye’s curve and warns you if vision drops; in dry AMD it measures the geographic atrophy area on autofluorescence and tracks its growth image by image; and it keeps a record of implanted intraocular lenses, with their model and power per eye. It’s all kept in the patient’s record.
Are the medical records adapted to ophthalmology?
Yes. It’s not a generic record: it includes visual acuity, refraction, IOP, biomicroscopy, fundus exam, and keeps the imaging tests (OCT, visual field, retinal photos) on each eye’s timeline. Every subspecialty —glaucoma, retina, cornea, oculoplastics— has its own fields and circuits.
Does it work for the clinic as well as the operating room (cataracts, etc.)?
Yes. It manages the clinic schedule and surgical programming (cataracts, vitrectomy, glaucoma surgery), with operating room reports, associated biometry and pre- and post-op circuits. The AI coordinates clinic visits, tests and the operating room with no overlaps.
How long does setup take?
5 to 7 days from the analysis to being live and running, with patient migration included and without ever stopping the practice.
Where are my patients’ tests and data stored? What happens if the provider’s server goes down?
Every practice has its own installation on a server dedicated only to it, or on its own infrastructure: that is where your patients’ tests and records live. For U.S. practices, dedicated servers are hosted in the United States, HIPAA-ready and covered by a signed Business Associate Agreement; practices in the European Union are hosted in Germany, under the GDPR. You don’t share a platform with thousands of clinics, so a global provider’s system-wide outage doesn’t affect you: your installation is independent and has its own backups. And your data is always exportable, so it’s never held hostage.
Can I export each eye’s data for a study?
Yes. You can export the information raw, exactly as it is, or request it already classified data point by data point —IOP, visual field, acuity, refraction, pachymetry and implanted lens, eye by eye— to build your practice’s database and use it in your studies. For research it can be exported de-identified — in line with HIPAA for U.S. practices, and with the GDPR for practices in the EU.
Can I manage the clinic’s email, WhatsApp and documents from the system itself?
On the custom-project plan, yes. The clinic’s email, WhatsApp and Google Drive are integrated into the system, and a custom agent is built that reasons with Claude, GPT and Gemini: it sorts email, handles patients over WhatsApp, books check-ups and tests and prepares surgery quotes, carrying out the whole task and only notifying you when a decision is actually needed. You define where that line sits: nothing reaches a patient without the level of review you decide, and the agent handles administration, never clinical judgment. That agent reasons with external services, so the data for each task leaves the server: the API is contracted in the clinic’s own name, under a data-processing agreement and sharing only the minimum data needed for each task, and the medical record stays on your own dedicated server — in the United States for U.S. clinics. The $580 and $980 plans have an in-house AI agent that helps the admin team book appointments, check the schedule and resolve questions: it runs inside the installation itself and doesn’t take any data out of the server.
